I agree. I got rear-ended by a guy texting. He was such a jerk too. The
collision caused my head to bang against the headrest and I was very nauseous.
He had the nerve to say I was faking. I was at a complete stop. I could see
him texting through my rear view mirror and I honked but he didn't even look up.

all you need for proof of that are 3 passenger train collisions in the past year
(Los Angeles, Washington DC and NYC)
I once saw a guy driving a car next to me holding a cell phone between his ear
and left shoulder, while he was holding a milkshake in his right hand and in
the left hand a burger holding the steering wheel with just his left pinky.
I'll bet he could drive better than someone who is texting
