While the criminal aspect of this situation is still under investigation as far as we know, a civil lawsuit has recently been filed. Even though we have known about it for several months, we felt that it should not be addressed until something official was filed and the parties served. This has now been done. In fact, we had planned to announce the existence of this lawsuit in our newsletter which I'll be sending out this afternoon. We understand that more civil actions are expected in the not too distant future. We plan to follow this and other lawsuits through the legal system. I see no reason for not discussing it. David Lieberman CineMasterpieces.com | 15721 N.
