it.

I think this is great for the hobby, and I think we all need to consider
how one took the "minty white" inserts fakes as something important that
needed to be dealt with, and that may well have emboldened these crooks to
create THESE fakes.

As I said, I don't want to know what was sold where to embarrass those who
did so, because I can well imagine that I would have been completely fooled
myself (and I guess I will know in a few days). I want to know what was sold
where so we can all know everything that happened, and do everything
possible to stop it from happening again.

You told me some fascinating insights on the phone, and I hope you will take
the time to write those out and post them, and if you don't have the time to
do so, I hope you will give me permission to do so.

If this isn't dealt with appropriately, it will cause most collectors to
think long and hard before ever buying another restored poster, and I can't
see how that is good for anyone.
