Dear Bruce Because of the kind of dress that it was, Rita literally had to be taped into it every day before shooting started. It was that tight. It is a virtual certainty that it fell apart and was not saved. Unless a spare one was made, just in case, and not used. But it was such an expensive dress that I really doubt that. Walter
