Dear friend
I read in references that tps applied only on 2D data, some papers run
the tps on 3D coordinates. Before that, they changed it into 2D
coordinates. I wonder is it scientific to use tps for the analysis of 3D
coordinates without change them into 2D? or I need to extract 2D
coordinates for my sample if I decide to use tps analysis.
