The analysis is successful but the visualized outlines of axes supplied are open-curve, despite the program acknowledging the closed-curve selection. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Better yet, can anyone suggest a way of getting morpho-tools to produce closed curve visualizations of the axes produced from the eigenshape analysis of the standardized outlines? (this does not occur when 'mean-centered' option is selected, only 'mean centered and standardized').
