Dear Don,
that's something that sometimes happened to me.
There might be at least two reasons: a problem with the coordinates; more
likely, some kind of incompatibility with newer OS or old ones using
versions other than the English/American ones. For instance, in my old
machine with the Italian version of XP, I have all sorts of issues with
Morphologika, whereas with a UK version everything is fine.
If you send me the file, I can quickly check if it works in XP US/UK
version. You can also first try it yourself on a different computer
(possibly avoiding VISTA, W7 and newer MS OS).
If that's the problem and you can't fix it in a simpler way, you could
install XP in VBOX or VMWARE within your W7 (or VISTA) OS.
