Sorry Gabi Carmelo is right. I misunderstood and described the making of an outline file which works well for structures that have rounded parts and which you want to reconstruct similarly to the specimen.

Hi Gabi,
you first have to "create the wireframe" (i.e. specify which points
you want to be connected) using the option "Create or edit wireframe"
under the "Preliminaries" menu. At that point you can use the
wireframe to visualize the results using the specified "wireframe"
right-clicking on your shape change graph and choosing "Change the
type of graph" and then "Wireframe graph".
The online guide of MorphoJ is very clear and contains many more
details, also about other visualization options (but the process is
quite straightforward).
