hi William,
have you tried exporting the coordinates from Landmark in NTSys format? If this doesn't work properly, you could try to export them as a .ply file and use the geomorph package in R(http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/geomorph/index.html)  to convert them to .tps (another format that MorphoJ reads without problems. For this purpose, you will need the commands read.ply() and writeland.tps().
Hope this helps.
Best,
Ruth

Hi there!

I am using the UC Davis Landmark Editor software to generate my
landmarks and I noticed a problem with the format of the text files
Landmark produces. They are .pts format. That is, they are not comma
delimited as needed for use in MorphoJ.

Is there a script or program out there that accepts the .pts files
generated in Landmark and formats them for MorphoJ?

Thanks as always!
