Hi there!
I am using the UC Davis Landmark Editor software to generate my
landmarks and I noticed a problem with the format of the text files
Landmark produces. They are .pts format. That is, they are not comma
delimited as needed for use in MorphoJ.
Is there a script or program out there that accepts the .pts files
generated in Landmark and formats them for MorphoJ?

You should be exporting the .dta
file from the landmark project. That's in ntfs format, easily readable by
morphoj.
