Hello all,
The latest version of geomorph is now up on the CRAN repository. This version
contains enhanced 2D digitizing capabilities, as well as several new analytical
functions for comparing regression slopes, and performing permutation tests
using residual randomization.
In addition, geomorph now contains a set of analytical tools for performing
various phylogenetic comparative methods on high-dimensional data (including
shape). These tools include approaches for:
phylomorphospace visualization
comparing rates of multivariate evolution on phylogenies
phylogenetic partial least squares
phylogenetic signal (a multivariate version of Blomberg's Kappa)
PGLS for high-dimensional data
References for all approaches are found in the man pages, along with examples.
