Hi Winnie
Thats easy. Just put all your jpgs, properly named, into one folder. Then use
tpsUTIL to “build tps file from images”, go through the path to the jpg folder
and select on image, and save the file as “data.tps” or whateveryouwnat.tps
Then use tpsDIG to open the just created tps file and start digitizing.
Best

Hello guys,
I am a research assistant and this is my first time dealing with morphometrics.
I know I need to change my wing pictures from Jpeg to tps for me to input them
into MorphoJ for further analysis. I already have tpsUtil and tpsDig2 on my
laptop but I just can’t figure out how to make the conversion do that I put in
the landmarks?
Regards,
Winnie Okeyo.
