Dear Jade,

first, I would remove the spaces (blank lines) you have in your dataset between the different individuals. Then, replace all the commas in your .txt file with points.

Please let me know if this helps.

Cheers, Catherine.

Quoting Jade Racine <[email protected]>:

Dear all,

I collected 3D data from a sample of modern human skulls using a MicroScribe
G2X. I can upload my file in Morphologika 2.5 just fine, but when the raw
data points are displayed in the 3D viewer, the shapes I get are odd and do
not look like skulls (see attached picture). Does someone know what I am
doing wrong? I also attached my file (in Notepad as a text file).

Thank you for the help

Best regards,

Jade Racine
