It's a little overwhelming, but I just keep plugging away. When I get frustrated, I just readjust my focus to what the kids need most. My job is about THEM, not me. It's always hard to balance all of these beginning of the year things, but as a teacher, I have to take direction from my principal. That's where the rubber meets the road.
