We've used Chris Van Allsburg's The Stranger before--worked well.? Actually had the parents record their thinking and questions on sticky notes.

I wanted to model strategies - think alouds, questioning, author's purpose, etc.? Any suggestions or anything you have used in the past?? Thanks! _______________________________________________ Mosaic mailing list Mosaic@literacyworkshop.org To unsubscribe or modify your membership please go to http://literacyworkshop.org/mailman/options/mosaic_literacyworkshop.org.
