Hi,

my guess is that mert-moses reads the wrong field of your ttable line in 
your moses.ini, so it's convinced that there is a tm model with 0 
lambdas. Check that the hardwired definition of %where_is_lambda_count 
matches (zero-indexed).

The bottom line is that mixed versions are not quite compatible.
