Thanks. I looked at the link and LGPL but still wasn't too sure.

Addtional features:
-Speed up Moses by pruning the translation tree. Is this act considered as
changing Moses source code? I think it's more about changing the output
tree if Moses but I'm not sure so I have to ask. Sorry, I'm a bit vague
because I'm not the one doing programming for this.
-Stemming untranslated words, not translating proper nouns, language
identification. I think these features don't change Moses code so shall be
fine.
