Hi Jelita

It's hard to say from the description below whether the modifications 
would change Moses source code. You'd need to speak to the people that 
made the modifications.

Also, the LGPL only matters if you distribute your modified Moses. If 
you just use Moses to create translations, then the LGPL doesn't apply.

As Tom says though, you'd be safer to speak to an IP lawyer on these 
matters,
