You could check out: * Spanish Resource Grammar (HPSG): http://www.upf.edu/pdi/iula/montserrat.marimon/spanish_resource_grammar.html * FreeLing (Dependency): http://nlp.lsi.upc.edu/freeling/ These are both free/open-source software and rule-based. You can probably also find a non-free treebank of Spanish (e.g. the one from UAM) and then train a statistical parser.
