To answer your question: The pre-made translation models actually gives you all the files that were created during training. If you only want to translate with the existing model, grab 1 of the tuned moses.ini files, eg http://www.statmt.org/moses/RELEASE-4.0/models/de-en/tuning/moses.tuned.ini.1 and download only the files it refers to. However, I would say you should train your own models, on your own data. to get good results.
