I compiled https://github.com/cisco/openh264 must use version *1.3*

#./configure --enable-gpl --enable-libopenh264
#make
#make install

*Pixelation is much better!!*
*How do I set the library path permanently??* (Please show examples)
*How can I have motion use the **h264 codec??* (Please show examples*)*
