So it is now clear that the command works fine.
Now put back this line into your config:
extpipe ffmpeg -y -f rawvideo -pix_fmt yuv420p -video_size %wx%h
-framerate %fps -i pipe:0 -vcodec libx264 -preset ultrafast -f mp4
%f.mp4
Reproduce the issue and send full log with -d 7
