Saw my 1st Bluebirds of the year on the eastern end of northern bike trail loop in Elm Creek Park in Champlin. Saw the first Great Blue Heron of the year on the drainage pond on the north side of North Hennepin Corridor trail between Douglas and Noble Ave on the border between Brooklyn Park and Champlin.
