I just observed a Hooded Warbler at Eagles Nest Co Pk in Watonwan Co (1st county record?). Take the first right road as you enter park & go to the loop at end of the road. Bird was singing classic HOWA song for over 30 minutes in woods around the loop. Also observed earlier this morning were two late Greater White-fronted Geese at wetlands on 320 St just east of MN 60/15 (south of Madelia).
