Is the Avian Flu still plaguing migrating songbirds, raptors and waterfowl? Does MOU have a recommendation for residents regarding filling feeders or leaving them empty? I’ve hesitated putting out hummer feeders for fear of birds getting sick. Any advice? Thanks! Kathryn Rudd , Eagan
