Dear all, To complement Torsten's answer: at our AVISPA Research Group (http://avispa.puj.edu.co), we have developed a module for fuzzy soft constraints for Mozart. We have also implemented the abstraction scheme proposed by Bistarelli and Rossi, which defines the solution of a fuzzy CSP by abstracting it as a hard CSPs.
In addition to our paper at Moz04, the following two papers describe both implementations (they can be obtained from http://japerez.phi.com.co/research): - Semiring-based Fuzzy Constraints in Concurrent Constraint Programming. by A.
