Is any of this software perhaps available? The Avispa webpage you mentioned only lists the brief entry "Soft Constraints for Mozart", without providing any source.
Yes, we're in the process of updating the website, sorry for this. Right now we're polishing some details of our soft constraints implementations. We expect to publish them in our web site by the end of this week. I'll let you all know when the web site is updated.
