No luck on my setup (linux, Emacs 23) even after compiling multiple times. As it works fine in Erlang with the same set up, I guess it is a bug in the oz emacs mode.

I could reproduce the problem. However, as soon as I compiled the buffer a second time, "C-x `" suddenly worked. When I made further source changes, it was sufficient to compile one time. Maybe you are lucky and it works for you, too.
