Yes, the Mozart project is quite alive.  We don't have the habit
of making releases every month, but we are still alive!  We are
doing Mozart implementation in the SELFMAN project, see
www.ist-selfman.org.  The AVISPA group in Colombia is also doing
Mozart implementation.

We have several new things for Mozart in the works that we will
be announcing this year:
- French translation of part of CTM + software support for
  learning programming
- New distribution support for Mozart
- New peer-to-peer library that is more robust
- New GUI tool (I hope!)

I don't know about German documents for Mozart.
