Robert,
This came up a few weeks ago. Here is my post: MacOS port of oz requires Aquamacs Emacs. It seems that Aquamacs has changed some path names: /Applications/Aquamacs Emacs.app/Contents/. to /Applications/Aquamacs.app/Contents/. Similarly, the name of the binary has changed from "Aquamacs Emacs" to "Aquamacs" So to get Oz to work on the Mac, I have created 2 corresponding symbolic links: /Applications/Aquamacs Emacs.app -> /Applications/Aquamacs.app and /Applications/Aquamacs.app/Contents/MacOS/"Aquamacs Emacs" -> (samedir)/Aquamacs Cheers, David From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Robert Calco Sent: Sunday, 7 November 2010 7:09 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Mozart 1.4.0 for Mac OS X not finding Aquamacs Hello again, Mozart-Oz! I have installed Mozart 1.4.0 on Mac OS X (10.6.4) but am unable to run it from the Applications directory because it is not finding Aquamacs, which is indeed installed on my system. >From the command line, the command line version of Emacs loads up with 'oz' quite nicely but I'd like to use it with Aquamacs (version based on GNU Emacs 23.2.50.1 (i386-apple-darwin9.8.0, NS apple-appkit-949.54)). I have installed aquamacs command line tools as well, which work fine from the command line. That is, if I type "aquamacs," and hit enter, it pops up just fine. -- Bob Calco DBA Softcraft Solutions [email protected]
