Without distribution and constraints, we should have a public release
before the end of 2012.
This will be based on a fully reimplemented 64-bit Mozart VM designed
for portability,
extensibility, and with a reflective language extension layer. When
it's available, we'll finally
have a system that is designed for third-party contributions!
I don't have an estimate yet for distribution and constraints, when I
know more I'll make an announcement.
