Staat der Nederlanden Root CA inclusion request

For some time now I've had a pending request to have a root CA 
certificate included for the Staat der Nederlanden Root CA; this is a 
top-level CA for a public PKI hierarchy for the Netherlands. They just 
completed their WebTrust for CAs audit, and absent any objections I plan 
to approve them for inclusion in Mozilla, etc.

Note to Nelson and others: I now have about three or four CAs which I'm 
likely to approve this week. I'm trying to work through the requests 
now, update my CA list page, post notice to this group, and get bugs 
filed against NSS.
