For some time now I've had a pending request to have a root CA certificate included for the Staat der Nederlanden Root CA; this is a top-level CA for a public PKI hierarchy for the Netherlands. They just completed their WebTrust for CAs audit, and absent any objections I plan to approve them for inclusion in Mozilla, etc.

Per my previous comments I'm approving this request, and have filed bug 261374 to get the actual certificate added to NSS:
