I guess we are enemies then [:-)] as I'm trying to establish a
standard that should be an integral of a browser.  XML
is though a common thing.  That's why signText should
have been kept in the drawer instead of being revived.

It is a commercial product. It will be published next week (without NSS 
support, only Windows CryptoAPI) and I'll post link here. It uses XML 
Signature, XML Encryption and XML Timestamp.
