In that case, the need to encode a RSAPublicKey ASN.1 structure from a modulus and public exponent in order to create a SECKEYPublicKey in NSS shouldn't be an inconvenience, because you need to do the same thing (creating a PUBLICKEYBLOB) with Windows CryptoAPI :-)
