By looking at
http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/embedding/browser/activex/src/common/IWebBrowserImpl.h
we can infer that:
* Offline isn't implemented (Row: 1061)
* Silent isn't "available": in the source is reported that: "//Only really applies to the IE app, not a control" (Row: 1081)
