Hello,
I work on the 3D app Maya which has had Gecko embedded for some time now.
I need to build Gecko with GCC 4.0.1 on OS X so that we can embed it.
I need to do this on PPC and Intel. I have successfully done the
initial builds for built both. I am using nightly snapshots for this
at the moment. My latest attempt was with the Jan 11th nightly cut...
Where I get stuck is when I cd into .../mozilla/embedding/config and
try to do a "make" there to build the embedding distribution.
I tried this a month ago, and there was no "Makefile" in
.../mozilla/embedding/config. This has now been fixed. Unfortunately,
I did not get much further this time. When I do a "make" in
".../mozilla/embedding/config" I get the following error:
make
Makefile:43: ../../config/autoconf.mk: No such file or directory
Makefile:44: @top_srcdir@/config/rules.mk: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target [EMAIL PROTECTED]@/config/rules.mk'. Stop.
I took a look and it seems that there is a config/autoconf.mk.in file
that is not being processed. If anyone could help with this, I'd
really appreciate it.
