No, the term "end" explicitly mean that there is no further consumation 
after that. In the case of HP, AOL and IBM, there *is* further 
consumation after them - their business is to produce builds for other, 
their users.
If Mozilla is not available for them, then for who else?

An end user is the surfer, the guy at the office browsing or "mom and dad".

I equated "end user" and "user" in this thread for brevity. You could 
argue that HP, Beonex and Netscape are the real "users" (and at the same 
time contributors, hopefully) of Mozilla.
