There is no official place for end user questions. (They shouldn't be
posted in netscape.public.mozilla.*) However, a hierarchy called
mozilla.users.* has been planned, but the implementation of already a
few month late and there is no estimated time of arrival.
The closest thing available is comp.infosystems.www.browsers.*
Support is available to users of Beonex, a Mozilla-based product.
