I believe that resolving a host is the process of getting the IP
address of the hostname. For example, when you type in
http://www.industrialtechware.com/, your browser sends a request to
your ISP for the IP address (in this case 209.10.76.84).

To speed this up:

1. Enter in IPs instead of hostnames... hehehe
2. Check the DNS cache settings in your OS.
3. Check with your ISP

Some proxies can slow this process down as well.
