Mozilla is quite fast overall. Some parts are a tad sluggish, but hardly 
enough for speed differences to be a real factor in the quality of the 
various browsers. They're all more than quick enough.

Memory efficiency is likewise good enough that it doesn't affect me. I 
don't care whether I have 20MB of wasted RAM or 50MB wasted.

And marketshare isn't even a part of the product itself. It doesn't 
become any better or worse for me just because you choose to use some 
other product.

So IE is trailing Mozilla, at least for my purposes. You won't find a 
browser that everyone considers best.
