Well the font size _is_ specified in physical units on the Fonts
Preferences pane... I set it to 12 points, but I'm getting something
more like 7 point for regular paragraph text. I checked the source,
and it looks like the resolution setting isn't used for anything on
Win32--Mozilla calls GetDeviceCaps(..., LOGPIXELSY) to get the resolution
of the device context. I don't know why it's not doing the right thing
though; when I call GetDeviceCaps on the screen's DC, I get 133, like
it should be. Anyways, I'm building Mozilla myself now and will try to
find out what the deal is :)
