Then why not just use Ctrl+T to send/receive for all accounts (that is,
all accounts which have the `Send and receive messages for this account
when I choose "Get Mail"' checkbox checked), and Ctrl+Shift+T to
send/receive messages for just the selected account(s)?
Similarly, the `Get Msg' button could become a menubutton -- the button
would send and receive messages for all accounts (subject to the
per-account pref), while the menu would provide a list of accounts to
send/receive messages for.
