Cache size comapred to IE

Mozilla sets default cache size to 8mb. This has been about the same
since at least 1997/communicator 4.x.

IE sets the default cache size to be a percentage of your disk. In my
case, it's 280mb.

Don't you think it's time we bumped it up a little?
