We are currently rewritting the cache for mozilla. One of the tasks that
we should do is investigate an optimal default value for the cache size.
I would agree that 8mb can be flush quite quickly. On the other hand,
allocating 280mb seams to me that it is an overkill. There is a balance
and we need to find and justify it.
