Looks good. 2 suggestions--
1. Add a link to this document off of
http://mozilla.org/project/netlib/ main page
2. Add a note (with this doc's link) at the top of the previous
version of cache FAQ (thru which I still get a lot of questions on
cache) I believe it's at
http://mozilla.org/docs/netlib/cachefaq.html Most of the content
on that FAQ should still be valid for current cache. (Maybe you
can just absorb it all in the new location)
