REading between the lines on recent posts, I beleive they are
trying to incorporate the new mail/news code into the release,
and that only landed on the 19th, the day the 0.81 was to be
released. But the new code offers so many benefits, delaying
the release to incorporate it will be a *major* step forward.
This is my opinon, and it's conjecture, but that's what I think
is going on.
