Shipping with mailnews in the state it is in after the branch landing
would be a big step backwards which is why it didn't land for 0.8.1.
There are still a lot to work on before it'll be functionally back to
where it was before the rewrite. There is a meta bug somewhere where you
can see the long list of regressions/things left to reimplement.
