what do you think the chances would be of a "neo-USA" graphic getting in

Well, speaking for myself:

1.  I'm not "trendy".
2.  I'm not a very good artist.
3.  If you want money for people with minds that hate, all I can tell
you is, brother, you have to wait.

Demerits of the graphics == Motivation of those creating them:
- A sophomoric attempt to "shock" somebody out of their "complacency"
(perhaps for great justice?).  Who that "somebody" is is unclear, thus
making the whole attempt freakin' HI-LARIOUS!
