I'd say that is a P1 bug.  However, since it happened with PSM 1.x and 
the PSM group is now developing PSM 2.0, I suspect that this problem will
not be fixed in PSM 1.x.  

But whether or not it is fixed in PSM 1.x, the PSM group should make very
sure this bug is not also found in PSM 2.0.
